What Grow Bench is

Grow Bench is an independent hydroponics reference site with guides on system types, specs, costs, crops, and troubleshooting. We aren’t a retailer, a manufacturer, or Amazon. We don’t sell products directly.

Information only, not a guarantee

  • Our guides are general information to help you make your own decisions. Results depend on your setup, water, climate, plants, and care. We don’t guarantee yields, harvest dates, savings, or outcomes.
  • Specs, prices, and availability change. Check the seller’s current listing and the manufacturer’s instructions before you buy or build.
  • Hydroponics involves water, electricity, and nutrient chemicals. Follow manufacturer safety instructions, keep electrical connections away from water (GFCI outlets recommended), and store nutrients and pH adjusters away from children and pets.
  • Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional, legal, or professional electrical/plumbing advice.

  • Grow Bench names and logos belong to us. Other product names and trademarks (including Amazon) belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t imply endorsement or partnership unless we say so.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, attack or overload it, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other visitors.
